Services Policy Overview

All services, courses, and or products requests are processed within 1-2 business days. Requests are not processed on holidays or the instructor’s non working days as designated in their schedule.

If Read Write Comprehend is experiencing a high volume of services requests, responses may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for replies. If there will be a significant delay in response to your service or services, you will be contacted via email.

 

You will receive a Service, Course, and or Product Confirmation email once your order has been approved containing your service(s), course(s) or product(s) details.

 

​​RETURNS, ADJUSTMENTS, AND EXCHANGE POLICY​

 

If you received an incorrect service, course or product, Read Write Comprehend will replace and or rectify the incorrect service, course or product at no additional cost to you, provided that you: (i) email Read Write Comprehend at admin@readwritecomprehend.com about the incorrect or damaged service, course or product within two (2) calendar days after receipt; (ii) promptly provide Read Write Comprehend with any information reasonably requested in order for Read Write Comprehend to review and process your adjustment e.g., a picture of the incorrect service, course or service; and (iii) return the incorrect or incorrect service, course, and or product within three (3) calendar days after Read Write Comprehend provides you rectification instructions.  Read Write Comprehend reserves the right not to require you to return the incorrect or damaged product.  All returned products must be unused and are subject to inspection, review, and acceptance by Read Write Comprehend.  Original charges are not refundable.  Subject to the foregoing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS-IS” AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, MISSED, AND LATE FEES

 

Read Write Comprehend reserves the right to charge non refundable fees in cases where the client requests services, courses, products to be: (i) cancelled, (ii) rescheduled, (iii) missed or, (iv) You are late to appointments by 15 minutes or more. The minimum fee in such cases is S$50 per instance with each service, course and or product. Read Write Comprehend reserves the right to change fees from time to time. In the case where services, appointments and or courses are not rendered due to fault of the client(s), the client shall be responsible for applicable fees herein outlined.

 

Fees services, courses, products to be cancelled, rescheduled, missed or You are late to appointments by 15 minutes or more, shall be charged and invoiced according to the billing schedule agreed upon between You and Read Write Comprehend.

 

Changes to this Services Policy

 

We may update our Services Policy from time to time. The change shall become effective via the “Last updated” date at the top of this Services Policy page.

 

You are advised to review this Services Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to these Services Policies are effective when they are posted on this page.
